2- We sent the budget, which we once accepted went to design your Neon Led.
3- We'll send you the first sketches. If not expected, we will modify the times that are necessary until you are 100% sure of the final design.
4- Once we have your 'OK' and approval, the first income of 50% of the budget will be paid, and we start manufacturing it
5- When it is finished (approx. 20 days) we will contact you again to proceed to shipping and payment of the rest of the order.

REALIZAIS DEVOLUTIONS OF PERSONALIZED LED NENES?
Unfortunately there are no returns of custom designs, which is why in one of the above points we explain that it is vital to validate the final sketch before it is made.
CAN YOU DO MY JOB?
We can create in Neon led any idea you have in mind, logo or word, for this we need to see the logo and we will advise you what is the best option to recreate the design.
COULD YOU WORK OUT ANOTHER LEAN THAT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A VUESTRA?
Yes, we can work any typography that is viable for it we need the lyric file and we will value the design and its feasibility.
HOW DO YOU GET IN TOUCH?
Along with the led neon, we send stainless steel embellishers (not including tornillery). A few holes will be made on the wall and we will place it as a frame, connecting to the plug by a transformer to 12v. Ready to illuminate your dreams.
HOW MANY OF US ARE THERE?
The cable is usually 1.5m but if you need a few more meters, no problem, we will notify our manufacturing department to leave the cable length to your liking.
DO YOU USE PILAS?
No, Led neons work through a 12v power supply and connect to the power outlet.
CAN THE TUBO BE A COLOR AND THE OTHER LIGHT?
No, the tube should be of the same color of light, there are several colors like white, warm, light blues that do not have color tube, the tube would be turned off in white. IS THE INTENSITY OF LIGHT REGULABLE?
Yes, the intensity is regulated with a control of intensity, which has several modes of blinking, on and off.

The neon led itself has holes in the part of the methacrylate to be able to hang with fishing thread (grueso) or some resistant material, wire type.

WHEN THE SHIPPING AND RECOGED?
The shipments are made at the beginning of the week so that you can receive it on Wednesday/Thursday of the week of the event and we will pick it up again on Monday after the end of the event.
HOW DOES THE DEVOLUTION OF TRUST TAKE PLACE?
Once the collection arrives at our warehouse, our equipment passes to check the neon, it must arrive with all its accessories and in the same box that was delivered.
