WHAT STEPS DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW TO MAKE A NEON LED?

- 1- Send us the design or sketch that you want to make in Neon Led.
- 2- We send the budget, which once accepted we will design your Neon Led.
- 3- We will send you the first sketches. If it is not what is expected, we will modify it as many times as necessary until you are 100% sure of the final design.
- 4- Once we have your 'OK' and approval, the first deposit of 50% of the budget will be paid, and we will begin to manufacture it
- 5- When it is finished (approx. 20 days) we will contact you again to proceed with the shipment and payment of the rest of the order.
- It only remains to enjoy your Neon led!
- SE CAN YOU PAY IN INSTALLMENTS?
- Of course it is and super easy.
We have at your disposal the payment in installments, by DEFERRING ME or PAY LATER (up to 12 months), you can choose the one that is longer suits you from the two payment gateways on our website lightsandwires.es
- DO YOU PERFORM RETURNS OF CUSTOM LED NEONS?
- Unfortunately, custom designs are not returned, so in one of the previous points we explain that it is vital to validate the final sketch before it is made.
- CAN YOU MAKE MY COMPANY LOGO?
- We can create in Neon led any idea you have in mind, logo or word, for this we need to see the logo and we will advise you which is the best option to recreate the design.
- CAN YOU WORK ANOTHER LETTER THAT IS NOT YOURS?
- Yes, we can work any typeface that is viable. For this we need the letter file and we will assess the design and its viability.
- HOW IT INSTALLS?
- Along with the led neon, we send stainless steel trims (Hardware not included). Some holes will be made in the wall and we will place it like a painting, connecting to the socket through a 12v transformer.

- HOW MANY METERS HAVE THE CABLE?
- The cable is usually 1.5m long but if you need a few more meters, no problem, we will notify our manufacturing department so they can leave the cable length to your liking.
- DOES IT WORK TO BATTERIES?
- No, the Led neon lights work through a 12v power supply and connect to the power outlet.
- THE CAN TUBE BE OF ONE COLOR AND THE LIGHT OF ANOTHER?
- No, the tube must be the same color of the light, there are several colors such as white, warm, light blue that do not have a color tube, the tube would be off white.
The shades, pink, red, yellow, electric blue if they have a tube of the same color.

- IS ADJUSTABLE THE INTENSITY OF THE LIGHT?
- Yes, the intensity is regulated with a dimmer knob, which has various flashing, on and off modes.
- WHICH IS IT THE SMALLEST SIZE YOU CAN WORK?
- It always depends on the design we want to make; since each project is a world. We will assess it with our departments and we will send you the smallest measure to be manufactured.
- HOW MUCH WILL IT TAKE YOU TO DO IT?
- Since we accept the order and design we need approx. 20 business days to be able to manufacture, test and test your neon led.
- SE WILL THEY SEE THE CABLES?
- The cables are transparent so they are not very visible. But if you are a @ handyman you can connect it directly to a light register.

- HOW DO WE RESERVE?
- Once you know which design fits your event, we will send you a contract where you must fill in some information and proceed to enter the amount of the model to rent.
- HOW IT HANGS?
- The neon led itself has holes in the methacrylate part to be able to hang with fishing line (thick) or some resistant material, like wire.
- HOW MUCH MEASURE THE CABLE?
- The neon cable measures 1.5m + another 1.5m from the transformer (about 3m approx.)
- HOW DOES IT WORK?
- We will only need a plug to connect our neon led.
- WHEN IS THE DELIVERY AND COLLECTION PERFORMED?
- Shipments are made at the beginning of the week so that you can receive it on Wednesday / Thursday of the event week and we will pick it up again on Monday after the event is over.
- WHEN IS THE RETURN OF THE DEPOSIT MADE?
- Once the collection reaches our warehouse, our teams check the neon, it must arrive with all its accessories and in the same box that was delivered. If everything is correct, our management colleagues will proceed to return the deposit.
